Working hours are 9:00–17:30. The work environment and leave arrangements are flexible (because there aren’t really any established policies), and there is no need to clock in or out.
Veteran employees do everything they can to shirk their work. Capable employees have to handle a lot of work, while those without the ability stay busy pretending to be busy and pushing work onto others, so no one has time for training or education. The company’s financial situation is difficult to describe, so turnover is high. Most importantly:
