They have absolutely no intention of training or hiring people without experience. At work, you are expected to follow their methods in everything you do. Even if you are new, if you work too slowly or make a mistake, you are criticized. Everyone monitors the way you work, and if it does not meet their standards, they want you to leave. The funniest reason I have ever heard was: “Why are you sitting instead of standing while using the paper cutter? You look so unenergetic—did you not sleep last night?” Everyone has different ways of working, but yes, they even have to control that. It really is only a step away from controlling how you eat and use the restroom. All I can say is that if they want to force you out, they can come up with any ridiculous excuse. The company only thinks that other people are wasting their time. If you truly have no patience to train inexperienced employees, then you should not have hired them in the first place, because you are wasting other people’s time too!
