I really advise everyone not to come work at this company unless you have a strong submissive streak.

1. The colleagues are great, but the managers are terrible. Most of the people who can stay for a long time are at the managerial level, and in practice they do very little because they leave everything to the frontline staff.

2. There are piles of awful tasks below. Some departments will take it for granted that other departments should handle matters they are incapable of dealing with, without any salary increase. Managers provide no assistance with any problems; they only ask in return, “Then what would you do?” If the matter is not resolved, it is considered your own problem. Managers will even speak up for other departments.

3. If you do not work overtime, they think you are too idle and do not have enough work. Overtime can only be exchanged for compensatory leave.

4. We paid welfare fund contributions every month under the previous administration. Apart from receiving a small amount of gift money for the three major festivals, we did not feel that there were any other benefits, and there was no breakdown showing how the money was used.

5. Managers treat men and women differently. Men can get away with anything; they clearly favor men over women.
