They attract resumes with a high-paying customer service position offering a monthly salary of 38,000 that supposedly does not require sales. Only after scheduling an interview and arriving on-site do they say that the high-paying customer service position requires more than two years of experience, then offer two other positions paying only around 28,000 for “credit card customer service,” which also require sales. Wouldn’t they know from the resume whether the applicant has experience? They are simply wasting people’s time.
