The colleagues are all very nice, and the overall age range is relatively young. If you’ve just entered the workforce, you won’t have any difficulty communicating with everyone.
Cons
Although it’s a startup, it completely exposes the disadvantages of being a startup, while I haven’t experienced any of the advantages.
The company has absolutely no systems in place.
The systems concerning the work and the employees themselves are extremely inadequate, so you shouldn’t expect anything resembling established procedures here.
They often try various methods or enthusiastically take on projects, but nothing is ever handled thoroughly, and things are frequently left unfinished.
Information often fails to flow properly throughout the company, making two-way communication difficult. The founder also frequently fails to inform internal employees in advance about new product launches, resulting in customers and service personnel being completely unable to answer questions.
Payments to service personnel are often issued incorrectly or delayed. There are also frequently unreasonable demands made of service personnel—for example, asking them to do trial work in the office without paying them. This has caused overall satisfaction with the platform to decline.
Founder: goes back on their word, forgetful, careless, and selfish. You’ll often have to clean up after the boss, which is extremely exhausting.
Do not work overtime under any circumstances. There is no overtime pay; doing so only encourages a culture of overtime at the company. The boss will take it for granted and won’t even say “thank you for your hard work.”
Although the boss is young, they do not build emotional connections with any employees and don’t even check in on them.
If you’re thinking of joining, please think twice. Have your high-blood-pressure medication ready.
