The office is well decorated.
While the interviewee was filling out the company information, the female manager discussed with another manager, in front of the interviewee, what was wrong with the résumé. Even though the interviewee was right there, she did not ask directly and instead made assumptions based on her own ideas, which was extremely disrespectful. During the subsequent questioning, she kept challenging the interviewee’s answers, as if the female manager had been the one working at the previous company and everything the interviewee said was a lie. She also explained, based on her own understanding, how the previous company supposedly operated, even though she did not even know what corporate group that company belonged to. She further asked how many companies the interviewee had interviewed with, how many job offers they had received, and how the salaries and bonuses for those jobs were calculated. Overall, the interview felt more like an interrogation than an interview.
