The interviewer gave off a very relaxed impression, without the kind of pressure that comes with rigidly following established rules. It felt like they genuinely wanted to discuss the role with you and confirm whether you were truly interested in the position. I applied for an e-commerce project coordinator role, which seemed to mainly involve acting as a communication bridge, liaising with the logistics and customer service teams to handle issues related to orders and delivery.
The interview also emphasized that this position requires teamwork and communication skills, giving the impression that this is a company willing to develop its talent.
The interview process requires three interviews, but this is a standard condition at Japanese companies.
