After receiving pineapple cakes, the employees were very pleasant.
Interview position: Research Assistant, Product Research Laboratory
The listed number of openings was 1–10 people. In reality, when I asked the supervisor, they said it was a newly opened position and kept insisting that I had misread it, when they actually only wanted to hire one person.
Moreover, although the position was posted as a research assistant, they were actually looking for a researcher.
The interview required applicants to climb up to the sixth floor, but was then conducted in the lobby. A bunch of employees kept walking by, which was extremely disrespectful to the applicant. They also required logic and aptitude tests, and there were far too many questions.
After interviewing with the supervisor, I asked why they had invited me to interview despite my not having graduated in a related field. They then asked a bunch of questions that I simply had no way of knowing, which was a complete waste of the applicant’s time.
They also suddenly gave me a technical test that day. Several employees watched me take the test while commenting on it beside me, which was incredibly ridiculous.
This is completely a company that does not respect applicants and just wastes other people’s time.
