When you enter the company, there is no reception desk; you can simply say that you are there for an interview.
The interview initially began with HR. HR seemed very approachable (compared with the other companies I had interviewed with before...), and we discussed my work experience and reasons for leaving my previous job, as well as the company’s benefits.
The manager then came in and was quite curious about the business model of providing products as services, so they asked many questions. The manager also explained the company’s operating conditions in great detail and seemed like a very nice person.
We had a very pleasant conversation during the interview. Maybe it was because I had prepared very seriously!
However, the company felt very quiet as soon as I entered. HR mentioned that there are many afternoon teas and group meals, so everyone’s relationships probably aren’t too bad!
The building is very old, and the company’s exterior does not look like that of a technology company.
