EC is a pit of fire! The policies have no future... Under the responsibility system, you work yourself to death and no one cares. You have to be on call 24/7, and even when on vacation or traveling abroad, you still have to bring your computer. No one can cover for you. Just because you work at EC doesn't mean it's a good company.
