志光教育科技股份有限公司
Pros
The interviewer was very friendly and smiled a lot, but spoke very quickly.
The interviewer had carefully reviewed my résumé before the interview, which I appreciated.
They described the job in detail and asked whether I would be able to accept it.
The work mainly involves placing ads, adjusting bids, analyzing data with GA, and coming up with campaign titles.
Cons
The starting salary is very low, but it will be adjusted after three months. The company culture is very similar to that of a government agency, with performance ratings and reviews.
