Can you only think of the pleasant office environment?

It is filled with difficult and hypocritical colleagues and managers. You have to read their moods (which change from day to day) and deal with their demands over all kinds of trivial matters, which they call “the system.” In reality, the system is far from完善. Even special cases are only discussed when they arise, to figure out what to do. The training is very incomplete, and if you do not learn well, it is considered the newcomer’s problem. All I can say is that coming to this company is not working—it is spiritual cultivation.
