The boss is very good at drawing.
(Drawing grand promises)
1. Severe infighting among colleagues
2. The boss’s grand promises look enticing, but you can’t actually get anything
3. A bunch of boring training sessions that are practically useless
4. The boss takes advantage of employees to the fullest extent
5. You even have to line up to receive your salary in cash. When collecting your pay, you’re forced to have a conversation with the boss’s wife.
A lot of the time, you just want to take the money and leave. I don’t understand why collecting your pay has to feel like begging.
6. When there are negative reviews on Facebook, they go ask the people involved about them, but nothing is improved. They will also ask you to withdraw the negative review.
7. The salary calculations are unclear. You only find out when you receive your pay that it falls short of what you expected.
