Pros
At the computer and tablet factory, the supervisors and team leaders are generally good to the employees (most employees are only dispatched workers). For eight hours, you continuously repeat the same tasks. It’s very suitable for people who like monotonous, repetitive work.
Cons
The salary is low, NT$24,000. Overtime pay follows the Labor Standards Act. Hourly workers earn more, but dispatched workers are generally not allowed to renew their contracts, and the attitude toward them is not very good.
