The people in my training cohort were very nice.
The first branch was a large branch. The person responsible for training had a very bad temper and often flew off the handle. Their tone was especially harsh and overbearing. (The advantage, however, was that large branches had more staff, so we generally got off work at 6 p.m.)
The second branch was a small branch with few tellers. (There were definitely also people with fiery tempers.) Their emotional intelligence was not high ==. We were so busy that we only had time to use the restroom twice all day. It was best not to take more than half an hour for lunch. We had to clock in by 6:20 p.m. (fixed), but by the time we actually left the company, it was almost 7 p.m. It was nonstop work where you couldn't pause for even a moment... and we also had to work overtime, without overtime pay @@. A sweatshop!
The system was very old and urgently needed improvement. It wasted a lot of staff time, and we couldn't make customers wait. The post-verification process and operating procedures were seriously problematic!
