The advantage is that when the emperor is away, the servants can do whatever they want; no one manages them and no one cares.
The disadvantage is that when the emperor arrives, the servants must be prepared to face harassment, questioning, and blame at any time. If you cannot answer or cannot take it, please get ready to pack your bags and leave!
A company where more than half of its employees can leave within just six months is just so wonderfully amazing! Oh~ right! The emperor does not like employees using the restroom at the company, especially to have a bowel movement, so those with poor digestion had better be able to hold it!
