Colleagues are easy to get along with
1. You have to clean every day.
2. Despite having so many employees, the company still uses a regular household water dispenser, so there are many miscellaneous tasks, including refilling the water.
3. The supervisor is like a headless fly, out of touch with the situation every day, and loves holding meetings. Everything has to be run by him, making things very inefficient, and in the end he blames subordinates.
4. One day each month, the department gathers together, and the boss blames the supervisor for poor management and poor performance. However, the supervisor never changes anything and blindly does whatever he wants.
5. The supervisor requires you to make your presence felt; otherwise, you cannot adapt to the company culture.
6. The position you applied for at the beginning will differ from the position you ultimately perform. Before three months have even passed, your contract may be renewed, making you feel like a temporary contract worker.
7. The company tried building a brand before but failed. Now that there are more people, it wants to build a brand again, but in reality it is merely a pretext to give everyone something to do.
