1. The colleagues and work atmosphere are good
2. The company offers courses such as languages and wine tasting. If you are interested and your schedule permits, even office staff can attend the courses for free
3. Free meals
1. The salary... is really low. Despite the company not being small, it is only a tiny bit higher than the minimum wage. I interviewed at many places, and this was by far the lowest, which left me stunned
2. From the conversations, it was clear that both promotions and salary adjustments are very slow. It also takes a long time before your work responsibilities become substantial. In other words, you may not learn much from the job unless you stay for two or three years, unless someone happens to leave and you fill the vacancy. Therefore, I do not recommend it for fresh graduates who want to build up their experience (I mean office positions; I am not familiar with housekeeping, lobby, and other roles)
