The office environment is fairly good, but there don’t seem to be any other advantages.

Because the company isn’t profitable, it offers no benefits at all—no holiday bonuses or year-end bonus. Overtime is the norm, but there is no overtime pay. Salaries are below the industry average, while a small number of long-serving veterans in the company earn astonishingly high salaries, which feels quite unfair. The boss has relatively poor emotional management; they are not a bad person but are easily angered. The boss also completely refuses to accept differing opinions, so the company’s problems with its products and pricing have never been resolved. To be honest, I would not particularly recommend it to job seekers.
