Workplace reviews and discussion: 炸翻天企業有限公司

I really can't see or think of any advantages.

The working hours are very long, there is no overtime pay, the environment is terrible, and it is also a position of responsibility with no additional overtime compensation. The salary is a wordplay with the numbers. There are countless rules in the employee handbook. One person's workload is equivalent to using two or three people. The managers are all very fierce. The seniority system is deeply entrenched. The promotion system is poor. The workload and hours are not proportional to the salary. Basically, people who are not short of money, have ideals, a future, a family, and a normal life should not come work here. The only people for whom this may be beneficial are those interested in learning martial arts, those who want to open a shop, people whose lives are dark and who have no direction, passersby, and people on the run. It would be more suitable for them to come work here.
