Good office environment

The interview took nearly two hours. In addition to the standard interview, they kept asking what promotional strategies, marketing plans, or events I would propose for a certain brand (a new brand they represent) if I were their employee. In the end, they also asked me to spend another half hour writing two pieces of copy for them. After the interview, they said I was not proactive enough and that my etiquette was poor (my phone accidentally vibrated). If they had already felt that I was not a good fit, they should not have asked me to come up with copy for them. I really feel like I gave them two ideas that I had put a great deal of thought into and spent so much time on. This was the first time I have ever had such an unpleasant interview.
