Pros
1. The guides were friendly and kind
2. The supervisor arranged future work based on my past experience
3. The salary was not lower than my previous salary
4. They explained the future promotion opportunities for this position
5. I enjoy having fun, so the employee trips and Family Day were very appealing to me
Cons
1. The interview process was too long, with second and third interviews, which was exhausting
2. The salary is only average in the Nanzih Export Processing Zone
3. You have to get up to speed immediately after starting work, so the learning time is very short
