1. If you have relevant industry work experience, you can expect to negotiate a satisfactory monthly salary, and the year-end bonus is decent.

2. The interview managers were very friendly and asked insightful questions. They seemed open-minded and were all quite young.

3. The company office is located beside Tiding Boulevard. It is fairly modern and close to Miramar. There is a bus stop outside, and an MRT station is not far away.

4. The office is very comfortable. There seem to be many attractive women, and it feels like many young people work here.

5. Unlike other traditional manufacturing companies that combine their factory and office operations, the sales office is located in Neihu. Production is carried out in Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and other locations.

6. The interview process was straightforward and efficient (many traditional manufacturing companies split the interview into several rounds scheduled on different days...).

7. Making gloves seems like a stable business that is unlikely to go under.

The bonus system is unclear and is still being developed; there probably are no bonuses for the three major holidays. Based on other people’s reviews, if the company makes a profit every year but does not share any of it with employees, how can it retain them? No matter how good the environment and colleagues are, if you work for the company over the long term without receiving better compensation or enjoying the fruits of your efforts, I personally feel that it would not be suitable for long-term development under these circumstances.

If you live nearby, do not have financial pressure, and are not the primary breadwinner in your household (e.g., a married woman?), it should be a good fit.
