Although it has transformed into a manufacturing company, it is full of gossip, cliques, and people being labeled according to which supervisor protects them. Offending one person is tantamount to having no way to survive. They deliberately force people to resign, yet refuse to process involuntary resignations and do not provide severance pay. They also maliciously notify people suddenly right before the end of the workday. The many dispatched workers on site also do whatever they want and slack off, leaving the unlucky ones to clean up the mess. If you do a good job, it is treated as what you should do; if you do poorly, you are blamed and told it is your own bad luck. The pay is below market rate, but that might be acceptable if there were stable development opportunities—except there aren’t any. Even people at the team-leader level earn less in overtime pay than a newly hired dispatched worker. No wonder everyone has left and nobody wants to work there. On site, people are taught through scolding; otherwise, senior employees deliberately withhold instruction and shirk responsibility. And even when good people join, as long as a newcomer refuses to go along with the corruption, they are immediately told, “Thank you, no further contact.”
