The interviewer (HR) had absolutely no sense of time and was half an hour late without any notice.

Upon arrival, they neither offered an explanation nor apologized. Their attitude was extremely arrogant. Throughout the interview, they acted as though they thoroughly understood the interviewee’s past employers and repeatedly questioned the interviewee’s statements, when in fact the HR representative only knew fragmentary information… I don’t know what justified such an attitude…

I spent a full hour and a half at the company. The interviewer even freely came and went from the meeting room to get drinks, yet did not even provide the interviewee with a glass of water.

Because I am a woman, I was also looked up and down for several seconds during the interview. The entire process was extremely uncomfortable.

This is a company where I felt no respect at all… I feel that this trip was a complete waste of time and transportation costs.

I originally thought a German company would probably have fairly high standards… After the interview, I will never consider using their services in the future either!
