Pros
Most of the colleagues are young and easy to get along with.
Cons
There is a significant discrepancy between the benefits, year-end bonus, and other conditions described by HR and what the company actually provides.
Overtime cannot be claimed for overtime pay.
The environment is dirty and messy, and there are many cockroaches in the restrooms.
