1. The HR lady was very kind.
2. Judging from the company overview, the company seems to be fairly large.
3. The company has no culture of working overtime.
1. Before the interview, I had to write a very complicated personal résumé and career plan. During the interview, I also had to take an English test (Chinese to English translation), which was very time-consuming.
2. All decisions, big or small, had to be made after consulting the business manager.
3. The supervisor had extremely poor EQ. “Fuck” was frequently on their lips, which was far below the standard expected of a manager.
4. The company was sales-oriented. A meeting was held every Monday to review performance and individual schedule presentations. The supervisor would occasionally remind us during meetings or by email: “If you can’t do what the company wants, appropriate action will be taken,” or “The product line PM or customers will be reassigned to someone else,” or there would be a pay cut.
5. An extremely snobbish company and sales assistant; they spoke in a very obnoxious manner.
6. The employee turnover rate was high.
7. During the interview, they said there would be an annual salary adjustment. However, based on the long-term experience of senior employees, there was no annual salary adjustment. The business manager would even say, “Don’t come to me about the annual performance review.”
