Pros
A good place to practice collaborating with foreign clients; since 2018, the annual salary has been guaranteed at 1.4 million.
Cons
Not much in the way of bonuses
The R&D team is pretty lousy
They only know how to hire highly paid senior managers to talk big, while the employees underneath remain just as lousy
