EC has two departments with very high turnover, while one is very stable. In terms of salary, it doesn’t feel like a foreign company. Many people are just here to coast. The colleagues are all very nice, but the person at the top keeps implementing budget-cutting measures and targeting employees in all sorts of ways. If you only want to work in your professional field, this place is not suitable. Put nicely, it’s multifaceted learning; put less nicely, it’s “work like a dead laborer, and if you don’t, get out.” This is no longer the Yahoo of the past. If you want to achieve anything at work, this definitely isn’t the place.
