For newcomers, it is possible to spend 1–2 years building solid skills. The accountant has a personality unlike ordinary people, so you need to pay extra attention. The success or failure of this company rests entirely with the female boss. The overall environment has long since changed, and old-fashioned practices are a major obstacle for the company. No matter how strong you are, if you have no soldiers or resources to fight with, you can only sit and wait for defeat. If discussing buying into the company, you might as well treat it as a pipe dream. Don’t ask about the turnover rate. The accountant is the most senior… well, aside from the boss and the people whose names include “Dong,” hardly anyone else has been there for more than a few years—not even a few months in some cases. In conclusion, based on the actual monthly salary you receive, there are better options. The road is wide and the sky is vast; don’t bury your own strengths.
