Women run the company. Almost all the managers are women, including the boss’s wife, and they have the final say. If you don’t go along with them or do as they say, they’ll find some baseless reason to claim that you’re unable to perform the job and fire you. The main ability you need is knowing how not to upset those female managers; job performance comes second.
