1. I have worked here for two years and have only received one raise, after the three-month probationary period. There is no planning for employees’ future development.
2. There are internal audits, but they are not actually implemented.
3. The year-end bonus gets smaller every year; even long-serving employees do not receive half a month’s salary.
4. Supervisors do not take responsibility and do not listen to employees’ suggestions, treating them as if they go in one ear and out the other. They always assume that everything is the employees’ fault.
5. The company spends a great deal of money on consulting fees and SAP system consulting fees, but does not give employees raises. It is truly pathetic.
6. Office workers receive no overtime pay and cannot exchange overtime for compensatory leave; the rules are different in every department.
