2. The system is large, so you can gain experience working with large-scale systems.
3. There are excellent backend engineers to learn from.
1. The CTO's messages are blocked, so it is impossible to know what is happening below.
2. Scrum is completely incorrect Scrum, and has become an excuse to exploit the engineering team.
3. The frontend manager lacks technical depth and does not understand architecture.
4. The company's mid-level managers have been sidelined; the Product Owner has the final say on everything.
5. Most of the app team uses web views.
6. The testing team is unable to perform automated testing or generate reports; everything is done manually.
7. The backend manager is highly capable, but after being sidelined, does not manage much.
I recommend this company for backend roles; I do not recommend it otherwise.
