The job duties are exactly what was discussed in the interview!
You need to hit the ground running, but could you lower the salary you’re asking for a little more?
1. Assist with testing work, including testing the product under high- and low-temperature conditions. Then why hire a test engineer?
2. Assist with design, including designing the product’s appearance. Then why hire a mechanical engineer?
3. Test the product’s hardware, software, and web interface. Then what is the R&D team for?
4. Be available to travel abroad for exhibitions. It seemed that no compensation or leave was mentioned, as though this were considered normal. What about the Labor Standards Act?
The overall impression was extremely poor. Everyone seemed to be just working for a living, and the forms must not be left blank, regardless of whether the information is important.
The interview must not end early, regardless of whether the candidate is a good fit.
The company is certainly making money, but its methods are problematic. It does not even send invitations through 104 to save a few cents, so I suppose the company can only be about this size!
