1. The company size sounds good
2. Flexible hours
1. The entire company smelled strongly of smoke. The interviewer said that three women had previously taken turns being pregnant and that it wouldn't interfere with work (my personal interpretation: meaning women should remember to arrange their schedules around pregnancy~). There was a smell of smoke from the first floor to the second floor. Women who want to become pregnant should take note and take care of their health.
2. From the very beginning, the interview felt like attending their product launch. They kept introducing their products, from videos to Facebook. Did they think we interviewees would buy them? Is the company a little confused about the fact that this is an interview for a job candidate, not a meeting with a customer? Oh~ "the entire" interview was spent introducing products.
3. They did not explain the benefits system at all; they only said that the base salary would be the amount stipulated by the government (isn't that just NT$22,000?)
4. They said they could accept group interviews, but usually people applying for the same position are in the same room, right? That day, everyone was interviewed together, regardless of position. At the very least, shouldn't they have explained the details of each job one by one? They did not! Even after the interview, I still didn't know what the job involved. They only kept saying that we would need to call customers; every position requires making calls.
5. Their attitude and language made me feel disrespected. They wore slippers and talked on and on without listening to what the interviewees had to say.
