A lot of time to myself

The boss spends all day making sarcastic remarks about employees who have already left the company,

saying things like they had a bad attitude, liked causing trouble, nobody wanted to keep them, and they still haven't found a job.

All I can say is, take a lot of what you hear with a grain of salt—claims about hundreds of millions, bonuses, promotions, and so on.

Many people involved don't respond, but that doesn't mean those claims are true; they simply want to part on good terms and don't want to say too much.

But constantly smearing others to highlight how good you are really isn't something to be proud of.

Everyone leaves for a reason: better compensation, a better environment, or an atmosphere they prefer.

You portray everyone as having left because there was something wrong with them—as if they had a bad attitude and spent all day trying to undermine you.

All I can say is that many things are cause and effect. Not reflecting, not thinking, and refusing to accept other people's opinions—

this sort of one-person rule is simply about not wanting to face embarrassment. Think carefully before going!
