The company provides a free self-service lunch.
The office environment is clean.
The position advertised was for a departmental administrative staff member (the job bank webpage did not clearly explain the position).
After first submitting a résumé, taking a logic test, and completing an English Q&A,
I only found out during the interview that it was actually for an export sales position.
The interviewing manager said that they were not short-staffed and were only collecting talent, hiring suitable candidates when they came across them,
but the job offer I ultimately received was for a production control position.
Including travel time, this interview took more than two hours in total. I hope they would offer interviewees a glass of water during interviews.
By the way, this company requires overtime to be reported in advance and approved by a supervisor. Overtime pay is only counted after completing two full hours of overtime.
