京達醫材科技股份有限公司
Pros

The entire process was quite pleasant. It was a one-on-one interview with the head of the marketing department. The job requirements were explained in great detail and transparently. They seemed to prefer candidates to prepare their own questions (related to the position or the company) and asked relatively few questions. The requirements and benefits mentioned were all in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. There was basically no fixed salary range—if you have the ability and dare to ask, they dare to offer it. It is a company that is expanding and developing.

The required information included “personal background,” “work experience,” “personality assessment (DISC),” and “ranking of the importance of work values” (ranked from 1 to 15, with higher scores indicating greater importance, such as a sense of achievement, work environment, salary, and the impact of work on one’s life). You need to provide your birth date and time according to the Chinese Eight Characters system, although I didn’t know what it was used for and it wasn’t brought up during the interview; whether you mind is a matter of personal preference.

For the expected raise, it is basically fine to provide an approximate figure, and it is also okay to leave it blank. If they want to know, they will ask.

The work atmosphere was pleasant, and the employees got along very well. There were some foreign employees, but they were all quite busy, and many people were constantly walking around.

One side of the elevators stops at odd-numbered floors, while the other stops at even-numbered floors. When you arrive for the interview, go to the ninth floor and check in with the HR department.

Cons

It seems they scheduled all the interviewees for the same time, so some people ended up waiting around after finishing the forms (I waited about 40–50 minutes...).
