2. They did not explain the salary structure, and even when I asked directly, they evaded the question and did not respond straightforwardly.

3. They had no intention of explaining the job responsibilities of the position.

4. The interviewer was not from the department hiring for the position, and after the interview, an HR manager came in as well. So was the first interviewer merely there to gather information?
