Anyone considering joining this company should think twice... There is no formula for calculating sales bonuses; the boss pays them whenever he feels like it, and the amount depends on his mood. The office environment is terrible. The factory is a sheet-metal building, and on hot days the air conditioning is often not turned on because the supervisor wants to save electricity. At noon, everyone is required to eat together in the conference room, and the air conditioning is still not turned on even during lunchtime. The air conditioning is barely cool anyway, and even with the fans running, everyone is often drenched in sweat. The company is unwilling to improve any of this. To save money, the company does not hire cleaning staff, so office employees—sales staff, accountants, and assistants—are forced to clean the factory every day, scrub the bathrooms and toilets, and so on. In terms of compensation, getting a raise is basically impossible. Some office employees who have worked here for more than ten years have barely had their salaries adjusted at all. The benefits are not worth mentioning either—there are none. There have been no employee trips for 3–5 years, and the dishes at the year-end banquet are extremely poor... It was the first time I had ever attended a year-end banquet where plain white rice was served. Overall, this is a company that is not worth considering at all.
