Pros
1. In the first round, the design director reviewed the portfolio, and the comments were fairly good.
Cons
1. In the second round, I interviewed with the general manager, who was very impatient. They kept describing the company’s glorious achievements and how great it was, but did not even look at the portfolio. Their expression became even more unpleasant when we discussed the salary. Senior designers are advised not to apply—it’s a waste of time.
2. They were not even sure whether they would hire me, yet they specifically had HR explain the company regulations.
