None of the managers take responsibility, so it’s great for some people.
Whether or not you’re enrolled in labor insurance is uncertain; some people weren’t enrolled until nearly a month after starting work.
The company’s policies change from day to day. The boss keeps making you fill out countless forms—so many that even he can’t find where they are. The format of the forms is constantly changed, as if that somehow means work is being done. Then they keep holding meetings and telling you to fill out even more forms because they’re afraid you aren’t doing anything (the form is your work progress for the week). Once, they told us to fill out a form the day before and write up the meeting minutes. Everything was saved in the designated cloud folder, and the meeting minutes were left on his desk. The next day, they still held another meeting and aggressively questioned us about why he didn’t know our work progress.
The managers are two-faced, saying different things in front of and behind people’s backs.
Whenever there’s a problem, they push all the blame onto the employees below them.
Even when something clearly passed through their hands and was reviewed by them,
they still blame you for everything afterward.
Not to mention that after you leave, people will keep spreading all kinds of gossip about you. Basically, every mistake gets dumped on you, haha.
There are more managers than employees in the entire company.
The boss spends all day spending money on a bunch of meaningless things.
He completely ignores everything needed for equipment, facilities, and staffing.
There is a manager who does nothing but sleep all day.
I don’t care if she sleeps; it’s just that basically most things in the company have to go through her.
So most of the progress gets stuck with her and can’t move forward.
Ask her anything and she knows nothing about it.
She only pretends to get serious and asks about our work progress when the boss chews her out.
Sorry, but the work progress, finished products, and items requiring review were all sent to you one or two weeks ago.
Then she’ll say, “Send it again,” haha. And the cycle repeats.
Oh, and she also spreads things around carelessly.
She even twists your words before repeating them to other managers.
The boss would never fire her, no matter what.
The boss is constantly fantasizing that he runs a large company.
He apparently doesn’t realize that the entire company only has a little over ten people, with managers making up more than half of them.
Even a tiny company like this requires us to fill out all kinds of cross-department support forms.
Sorry, but I could just turn around and tell her directly.
There are far too many other shortcomings to mention, haha.
Overall, it’s simply a company that has no idea what it’s doing.
I genuinely advise newcomers not to be fooled.
There are people inside who are very skilled at using rhetoric to manipulate you.
