What a terrible department. Some people are afraid that newcomers will perform well. Instead of improving themselves despite their seniority, they deliberately make things difficult for and nitpick newcomers at work. They are constantly yelling at people—both those in their own department and those in other departments. As long as you perform relatively well, they will suppress you relentlessly. Even former employees are casually brought up to be attacked. You have to agree with them, and they will also use newcomers to oppose people they dislike; if you refuse to take part, they will make things difficult for you. When junior employees in other departments perform well, they become jealous. If someone is highly professional, they sneer that even if they went back to school now, they could still be better than that person. They think everyone else is incompetent. Those who attended private universities even mock graduates of national universities, saying their quality is poor, and claim that private universities in the past were much better than national universities are now, and so on.
