1. Basically, you generally don’t need much help finding vendors, as the company has a list of partner vendors.
2. At the beginning, if you have to work overtime, the company will cover dinner.
I’m just writing down whatever comes to mind, so it’s a bit messy, but I’ll try to organize it into a list.
1. There are urgent orders every day. If you don’t work overtime to help out, you’ll be subjected to sarcastic remarks.
2. There is no overtime pay. The monthly salary is actually not very high, and payslips are often not provided.
3. There is no limit to the number of revisions requested by clients, so you often have to work overtime.
4. They decide how much work to assign you based on how far away you live.
5. The boss and his wife often have loud arguments at the company, but when something goes wrong, they join forces and gang up on someone, acting in concert.
6. They speak badly of former employees, then portray themselves as very pitiful. They repeat it constantly until you could almost recite it from memory.
7. Salaries are paid late. The longest delay I’ve experienced so far was over a week, and payment only arrived after employees repeatedly pressed them about it. They were still loudly arguing at the company when they transferred the salaries.
8. During the interview, they said there were bonuses for the three major holidays, but for the Dragon Boat Festival, I only received a rice dumpling (?
9. The accounting staff seem to be driven away quite often. When there is no accountant, the designers have to help with accounting tasks, such as making nearby deliveries and issuing invoices.
