A few days ago, another new health manager was fired on the spot and told to leave immediately. She had only been working here for a few days and had just started accompanying consultations. We all thought she was very nice, friendly, and polite, but the supervisor simply didn’t like her, saying she wasn’t suitable and wasn’t outstanding enough. Okay~ What kind of thinking is it to expect a newcomer to become as capable and proficient as those who have been with you for two years in just five short days? We all saw the fear and helplessness on the new employee’s face every day. Well, perhaps it’s better to leave this place full of people with anxiety disorders and other mental issues!
*Health managers often have ALL shifts, which are extremely tiring.
*You can’t leave work on time at noon or in the evening because there are so many patients, too many appointments, and not enough staff, plus the doctors can’t finish seeing everyone. The atmosphere in the entire consultation room is terrifying.
*At first, they made it sound great, saying there would be training classes and that you could get a raise, but there’s fundamentally not enough staff—how are you supposed to attend classes? What a joke.
*The Red Apple and Green Apple ratings are basically disguised exploitation.
