To begin with, this is the Worldibuy website within Wajam, and the department is headed by the eldest son.
The eldest son is a very nice and handsome person (that counts as a pro, right? XD)
1. Logistics and marketing for the department are completely controlled by the same supervisor.
2. As long as this supervisor takes a dislike to you, they have all kinds of strange ways to obstruct you, whether it’s a long hour of seemingly well-intentioned persuasion or directly confronting you in a meeting. But when they realize they can’t argue with you, they become flustered and incoherent.
3. Employees favored by this supervisor can shift responsibility in all sorts of ways. As a PM, one of them can’t even provide the products scheduled for release, yet the supervisor will still speak up for them in meetings, saying things like they’re too busy to organize it. Are the other PMs not busy too? They have the lightest workload and still have plenty of time to eat snacks—what exactly are they busy with?
4. Endless overtime. As long as this supervisor is displeased with you, they will schedule a meeting before you get off work to change something that is supposed to go live tomorrow. They don’t care about the meeting conclusions either; they change things however they please.
