During the interview, the supervisor explained that the company’s current operating situation was unfortunately not ideal, so basically there were no benefits at all.

The entire process from the interview through waiting for the result felt extremely unpleasant. After first notifying me that I had been accepted, they told me two days later that they had reorganized their staffing needs and had therefore decided not to fill the position after all. It was clear that the company’s operations were very unstable, so I do not recommend applying for a job or working there.
