As long as you arrange your own work schedule properly and do not affect others, that is fine.

The employee benefits that should be provided are all there: seasonal bonuses, birthday bonuses, year-end bonuses, company dinners, an overseas trip arranged every year, and subsidies for continuing education. Although they may not be the best, they definitely exceed the basic benefits generally offered.

I think that if you have questions about the company's management and operations, rather than listening to malicious anonymous criticism, why not take a look at the office during your interview to see the working atmosphere and environment for yourself?
