Pros
HR and benefits are considered pretty good for a shoe factory.
Cons
The turnover rate at the big X factory is extremely high, making it impossible to hand work over to others. Everyone is overloaded with work because when someone leaves, the remaining employees have to take over. The UA brand is also very poor.
