Pros

I worked here for a year as a program production planner.

Um… because my colleagues are partners who have gone through hardships together,

the team cohesion is very strong.

We jointly stand up against exploitative bosses and exploitative salespeople.

Cons

To put it simply, in just a few words, this company's systems are very poor, and the standards are extremely inconsistent. Basically, everything depends on whether the boss is in a good mood that day, or whether he likes you. If he doesn't like you, no matter what you say, he thinks you're defying him. Although you can come into contact with a great many people and things here, and it is actually possible for newcomers or people who have just changed careers to learn a great deal here, if you want to stay here for a long time, I advise everyone to think twice before proceeding.

Basically, I encountered two colleagues at this company who sexually harassed others. The first was a team leader who would never be fired no matter how often he was late or how late he submitted work. The second was the boss, who would start hugging female colleagues after drinking. So women who are thinking about coming to work here should think twice.

Basically, the working hours here are very long. If you want to have a life of your own, I'm sorry, but the boss believes work comes first. If you don't reply to him immediately, he gets angry. Moreover, there is no overtime pay here because there is no time-clock system, and he makes it very clear that your salary already includes overtime pay. The hours for on-location shoots are difficult to control; this is the first possible reason the working hours may become long. The second possibility is that once the boss thinks you have mastered your work, he will continually add more work to your task list. If you tell him that the workload has become excessive, he will say that while working here, you must have professional awareness and make proper use of resources. He believes that an employee basically has to work until after 8 p.m. to count as an employee with the right attitude. If you leave work on time, even if you have completed all your work properly, he still thinks you are not serious. Simply put, he is the ultimate example of an exploitative boss.

As for the sales side, they often arrange on-location shoots with unreasonable schedules. For example, you may have to use six hours in one day to film at six locations, with the travel time between each location possibly being around 20 minutes.

In short, if you want to accumulate experience quickly, this is a very good avenue, because you may be able to do three months' worth of work within one month. However, if your physical condition is not very good, it is probably better not to come work here.
